Vol-au-Vent with Grapes and Parmigiano Reggiano

Ingredients (4 Servings)

8 prepared Vol-au-vents
8-10 red or green grapes – 200 g of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese spread
50 g walnuts, chopped fine
20 g raisins




Preparation:

Mix the Parmigiano Reggiano cheese spread with the raisins and chopped walnuts until well combined. Fill the vol-au-vents with the cheese mixture and the grapes, previously cut in half. Serve cold.
